Envelope Addressing
You can set up your list using Excel; just click on the button below to download the Inviting Ideas Excel template. The list should be no more than 5 columns, with all text exactly as you want it to appear. Please do not use returns if typing more than one addressee at an address; just keep typing on the same line (you can separate names with commas if you wish). Also, please note that state abbreviations, i.e. CA, are very difficult to read in script fonts, so please spell the states out.
Abbreviations to avoid:
St., Dr., Ln., Cir., Ave., Rd., etc.
Using ampersands is fine as long as your usage is consistent, i.e. all ampersands or all "and".
